Got my key steel today. Two lengths of 1/8"x1/8" and one of 3/16"x3/16".

1/2" keyed axle.

1/2" Split shaft collar.

This is the 1st time I have done anything in 3D in my CAD software with the help of watching some videos online about how to do thing in the program I was able to draw up some of my parts.

Bearing housing.

Front sprocket hub.

Idle sprocket hub.

Idle arm.

Rubber tread.

Tread plate.
20 tooth sprocket is 784g before I lighten it.
  
28 tooth sprocket is 1.778kg before I lighten it.

Made some bars to space the front axle and rear drive axle to the right length.

Set screws installed and onto axle.

I think I made a couple to many. Still need to notch the ends of the tubes for the bearing mount and make more of the short front motor mount notched tube.
Drive hubs made for the sprockets. Still need to install set screw and bolt holes to mount the #35 30 tooth sprocket for the motor.





Next will be work on the motor mount and the tensioner.

How the adjuster will be made for tensioning the track. The 50x25x2.5 RHS will have a plate welded on the end of it with a hole in the centre for the threaded rod to go through and into the 20x20x1.6 SHS. A nut will be also welded to the plate on the end of the 50x25x2.5 RHS.
